Exercise is one of the cheapest, quickest, and most successful activities we can undertake to increase our level of happiness. Some experts recommend a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise a day. Anything we can do to increase our exercise levels, no matter how small, will be good for both our bodies and our spirits.


How This Applies to You…


Incorporate exercise into your daily routine. This doesn’t require joining a gym; exercises can be done at home. It could something as simple as taking a walk around your neighborhood. Find someone willing to walk with you and track your progress with our Walk Across Arkansas program.
